Bounce flash photography

By directing the flashtube of the
flash unit at the ceiling or a wall
of the room instead of directly at
the subject, you can illuminate
the subject with reflected light,
reducing the intensity of the
shadows and producing a softer
light on the screen.
Tips
High-speed sync is available for
bounce flash photography as well.
