session data for a user, scroll to the
bottom of their session list and
select download patient report.

TROUBLESHOOTING

• If you are unable to login to the app,
- Ensure you have WIFI or mobile data
activated on your device and have
D sufficient signal.
- Ensure you are using the correct
email address and password.

• If the app freezes, close it completely
and reopen. If it continues to freeze,
uninstall the app. Download the latest
version from the Google Play Store
and install it.
• If you can't establish a connection
between the app and the MyWay Pedal
or the connection keeps dropping out,
- Ensure the batteries have
sufficient power.
- Ensure you have Bluetooth and location
services enabled on your device.
- Ensure the MyWay Pedal is within
10 metres of the mobile device.
