Triple diffuser base

To gain the maximum from the heat, the cooker has
a sandwich diffuser base made using: stainless steel
- aluminum - stainless steel.
This special diffuser base absorbs and transmits,
spreading the heat evenly from gas, electric, glass-
ceramic, or induction hobs.
The cooker is made of high-quality 18/10 stainless
steel, to guarantee that it will last forever.

Triple safety system

The cooker has a triple safety system. The safety valve will act rapidly releasing the steam
from the cooker through the outlet holes in the top part of the knob.
A second valve acts releasing the steam form the cooker and increasing the pressure to
slightly above that reached with the action of the first valve, or in the unlikely event that it
did not work.
Similarly, the carefully designed lid of the cooker and its seal constitute a third safety
system.
If both of the safety valves did not work, the rubber seal would expand, coming out of the
groove of the lid, this realizing the pressure form the cooker located under the opening-
closing system. (figure 2)
