10. MODE OF OPERATION
The seam is produced by driving rolls and forming
rolls. The forming rolls are marked A to D. Forming
rolls A and B are used to produce the single stan-
ding seam, forming rolls C and D close the single
standing seam to form a double standing seam.
This allows the double standing seam to be pro-
duced in one operation (without changing rolls).
In addition, two cutting rolls can be used in row C.
11. ADJUSTMENT OF THE SEAM HEIGHT
For seams with a height of 32 mm (1.25")and 38
(1.5") mm, the track rollers must be replaced. The
rollers are secured with hexagon socket screws.
Four rollers of the same size must always be used.
For seams with a height of 32 mm (1.25")(Art. No.
93000006) and 38 mm (1.5")(Art. No. 93000014),
the rollers must be ordered as an option.
Subject to technical changes. Please observe the safety instructions.

12. DOUBLE STANDING SEAM
Before the double standing seam is produced,
it must be ensured that the machine can enter
the pre-profiled panels. If this is not possible, the
panels must be preseamed to machine length
using a single standing seam.
The machine must be placed in the center of the
transition from single standing seam to double
standings seam with the tension lever open.
The tension lever must be able to be closed
without great effort. The clips can be fastened
in advance by a single standing seam, if required.
The Seaming Pro can run over a closed single
standing seam. It CANNOT enter a closed double
standing seam!
To produce the double standing seam, the rubber-
coated drive rollers and the forming rollers A, B,
C and D must be attached and the tensioning
lever must be closed.Make sure that the cord-
less screwdriver is not ready for operation when
changing the rolls.
