The device is protected by several securities:

Before contacting your retailer, please prepare the following:
Proof or purchase
Serial number of the controller, the cell and the pH probe
Date when the device was installed
The parameters of your pool (Salinity, pH, chlorine level, water temperature, stabiliser level, pool
volume, daily filtration time)
The device has detected a salt rate < 2,5 g/l.
The chlorine PRODUCTION is suspended.
1/ Add salt to obtain 4 g/l, the device will automatically restart (see tab
p.27).
2/ Calibrate the salt sensor (voir p.28).
The device has detected a lack of water in the chlorinator cell
The chlorine PRODUCTION is suspended.
Check the entire hydraulic circuit of the pump timer and the water level
in the pool (and the water gates).
The device has detected a default of chlorine production.
The chlorine PRODUCTION is not suspended.
1/ Check the poles of the chlorinator cell.
If one or both of the connexions are oxidized or deteriorated, please
send the cell and its cable to your professional for an expertise.
2/ Remove the cell and check it's not scaled. If so proceed as described
p.31.
If none of these elements resolves the problem, contact your
professional.
The device has detected a short circuit on the device
The chlorine PRODUCTION is suspended.
