Apple turnovers
Ingredients:
1 – 2
1 roll
50 g
2 TBSP
1 – 2 TBSP
Cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
2. Mix the apple pieces, fl our, sugar and lemon juice and add cinnamon to taste.
3. Roll out the fl aky pastry and divide into squares with approx. 10 cm sides.
4. Spread a tablespoon of the fi lling on the middle of each of the dough squares.
5. Coat the edge of the dough with a small amount of water and fold over into triangles.
Firmly push down on the dough edge.
6. Insert the basket insert in the tray.
7. Place two apple turnovers in the basket insert.
8. Place the tray with the basket insert in the device.
9. Set the cooking temperature to approximately 170 – 190 °C.
10. Set the timer to approximately 13 – 15 minutes.
11. The apple turnover should be golden brown. Increase the cooking time by 5 – 10
minutes if you think the apple turnover is not brown enough.
12. Repeat steps 7 and 11 for the other apple turnovers.
Dark bread with seeds
Ingredients:
90 g

½ cube
45 g
90 – 110 ml
Salt to taste
If needed grease for the pan
Preparation:
1. Combine the two types of fl our in a bowl adding 1 teaspoon of salt, yeast and the
seeds.
2. Stir in the lukewarm water and mix the dough.
3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is soft and smooth.
4. Shape it into a ball and put it in the bowl.
5. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm location for about 30 minutes.
6. Grease the bread baking basket well.
7. Put the dough in the bread baking basket.
