24 Monate. Der Gewährleistungszeitraum beginnt mit dem Verkauf des S-
Pedelec an den Endkunden.
Der Akku unterliegt aufgrund von Lade- und Entladezyklen und des
Alterungsprozesses einem natürlichen Verschleiß. Die dadurch bedingte
nachlassende Kapazität stellt keinerlei Anspruch auf die gesetzliche Gewähr-
leistung dar.
Nach 700 Vollladezyklen innerhalb des Gewährleistungszeitraums besitzt der
Battery Pack noch mindestens 50% der nominalen Kapazität (SOH - state of
health).

24 mois et débute au moment de la vente du V.A.E au client final.
En raison des cycles de charge et de décharge, ainsi que du processus de
vieillissement, la batterie est soumise à une usure naturelle. La baisse de
capacité en résultant n'ouvre aucun recours pour une prise en garantie. Après
700 cycles de charge complète, effectués durant la période de garantie, la
batterie possède encore au moins 50% de sa capacité nominale (SOH - state
of health).
