The sports watch allows you to programme one or more Alarms:
 In the menu, tap
 Tap
to create a new alarm.
 Select one of the specified subjects, specify the alarm time and select
the interval for repeating the alarm as well as an alarm tone.
The alarm is automatically stored and shown in the overview.
 Tap the digital switch next to the respective alarm to activate/deactivate
it.
An activated alarm is indicated by a green switch.
 Tap on an existing alarm in the overview to edit it.
 Tap and hold an alarm to delete the alarm from the memory.
 Tap this menu item to open the data view.
 Swipe upwards or downwards on the display to switch back and forward
by individual days.
 In the view, tap the calendar symbol to open the calendar view.
 Swipe upwards or downwards on the display to scroll through the digital
calendar.
 Tap this menu item to open the stop watch function.
 Tap to start the stop watch.
 Tap to pause the stop watch. Tap again to resume the stop watch
timer.
 Press
the process to store additional interim times in numerical order.
Meanwhile, the stop watch continues to run.
 Tap the most recently stored interim time at the top of the stop watch
view to open an overview of all stored intervals. Swipe from left to right
on the display to return to the stop watch view.
 Tap
to reset the stop watch to zero and to delete stored interim times,
if applicable.
