that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.

ASSEMBLY

Please Note!
■
Always place the device with suffi cient
clear space above it (approx. 1.5 m)
and on all sides (approx. 40 cm) on
a dry, fl at, solid, water-resistant and
heat-resistant surface.
1. Once the device has been placed
in the position you want, secure the
front castors (6) by pressing down the
locking buttons.
2. Flip up the two fasteners (1) on the
lid (3), take it off and place it to one
side with the fabric cover.
3. If the fabric cover is not attached
to the lid, remove it from the main
device (4), fold it out and secure it on
the lid with the zip.
4. Remove the telescopic rods (10) from
the holders (19) on the main device
and plug them into the recesses which
are provided for them (Illustration C).
The fasteners (9) on the telescopic
rods should be pointing outwards.
5. Press the fi xings on the main device
towards the telescopic rods to fi x
them in place (Illustration D).
6. Place the lid on the telescopic rods, it
must be heard to engage. When you
do this, make sure that the opening of
the fabric cover faces the front of the
main device.
7. Open the fasteners on the telescopic
rods and pull them all the way out.
Close all fasteners properly again.

8. Fix the fabric cover with the zip on the
main device.
The device is disassembled in the reverse
order.
• When you do this, be aware that the
two catches on the lid need to be
lifted up slightly to detach it from the
telescopic rods.
• Before the telescopic rods are pulled
out of the main device, it is essential
to release the fi xings again!
 
If the fabric cover is too taut to
allow it to be attached to the
main device easily with the zip,
slide the telescopic rods together
again a little, fasten the zip and
then fully undo it again.

FILLING THE WATER TANK

 
Water residues in the water
tank (17) are attributable to the
fact that this device has been
tested and do not constitute a
defect.
1. Make sure that the device is not
connected to the mains power and
has cooled down suffi ciently if used
previously.
2. Make sure that the drain valve on the
back of the main device (4) is closed
(• to position ).
3. Open the zip on the front of the fabric
cover.
4. Take out the water tank (Illustration E).
5. Open the water tank on the bottom,
take out the limescale fi lter and pour
water up to the rim (max. 1.2 l) (Illus-
tration E).
6. Reinsert the limescale fi lter and screw
the cap handtight.
7. Insert the water tank into the main
device.
