Ces fours à pizza vous permettent la cuisson rapide de produits frais ou surgelés. La cuisson se fait par l’intermédiaire de 8 résistances (PZ 430 S/PZ 430 2D) ou 16 résistances PZ 430 D logées dans des tubes quartz produisant un rayonnement in- frarouge maximum. -

These pizza ovens are made for the fast cooking of fresh or deep frozen products. Cooking is made thanks to 8 quartz tube heating elements (PZ 430 S/PZ 430 2D) or 16 quartz tube heating elements (PZ 430 D) which produce a maximum infrared radi- ation. - Page 15 5.
