Changing the Battery
(see figures B1–B4)
Only remove the used battery (1) with your fingers.
A warning will be displayed in the app before the battery is
fully used up.
Removing the GCY 42
(see figures C1–C2)
Do not use force to remove the GCY 42 (2). Do not use any
sharp or pointed tools.
Note: Turning the power tool over may make it easier to re-
move the GCY 42.

Starting operation

Once you have inserted the battery (1) and pressed the on/off
switch on the power tool, the GCY 42 will transmit a signal
continuously. The Bluetooth® signal will only stop the battery is
drained or faulty, or if the battery is removed.
