1 If the feed is too fast, the red LED (18) on
the diamond channel cutter (10) lights up. Then,
reduce the feed immediately until the green LED
(18) lights up again.
If this warning signal is ignored, i.e. the feed
is not reduced, the electronics switch off on
overload.
DANGER
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled kickback of the
diamond cutter, caused by canting of the diamond
cutter in the cut chase.
Î Always wait for the diamond dry-cutting discs to
stop completely before removing the diamond
cutter from the cut chase.
•
The cutting process can then be restarted and
continued as described above.

Finish cutting process

DANGER
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled kickback of the
diamond cutter, caused by canting of the diamond
cutter in the cut chase.
Î Always wait for the diamond dry-cutting discs to
stop completely before removing the diamond
cutter from the cut chase.

1 Switch off the diamond channel cutter (10) at
the switch (3) of the walk-behind system and do
not remove the dry diamond cutting discs from the
chase until after they have come to a standstill.

Cleaning

DANGER
Risk of injury due to electric shock.
Î Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out
any work on the walk-behind system and the di-
amond channel cutter.
The walk-behind system and the diamond chan-
nel cutter must be cleaned after each cutting work
session.
•
Clean the walk-behind system and the diamond
channel cutter carefully and blow out with
compressed air.
•
Ensure handles are dry and free from grease.

Maintenance

•
The walk-behind system is maintenance free.
•
The maintenance work on the diamond channel
cutter is described in the instruction manual of
the Baier diamond channel cutter used.
