MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
Voordat u met de montage begint dient u op het typeplaatje te kijken
welke schets, in de handleiding, van toepassing is.
1. Demonteer het reservewiel.
2. Neem de uitlaat uit het achterste ophangrubber.
3. Demonteer het hitteschild.
4. Verwijder t.p.v. de aangegeven punten de rubberen doppen (zie fig.
1).
5. Verwijder de afdichting zoals aangegeven. Zie fig. 2.
6. Verwijder t.p.v. de contactvlakken van de trekhaak met het voertuig de
aanwezige kit of wax.
7. Plaats de contraplaat inclusief bouten, afstandsbussen t.p.v. Gaten A
en B.
8. Voor Pickup voertuigen geldt: Zaag het aangegeven deel uit de bum-
per met behulp van de sjabloon. (sjabloon op buitenzijde ).
9. Monteer de trekhaak t.p.v. de punten B.
10. Plaats de steunen C t.p.v. De punten A en D.
11.Monteer het kogelhuis inclusief stekkerplaat
12. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig schets vast.
13. Monteer het verwijderde.
14, Plaats de sticker zo dicht mogelijk bij de kogel van de trekhaak.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogel-
systeem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
BELANGRIJK:
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem-
en brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Before you start the fitting you must check the type plate to determine
which sketch, in the fitting instruction, is applicable.
1. Remove the spare wheel.
2. Release the exhaust from the rearmost exhaust rubber.
3. Remove the heat shield.
4. Remove the rubber caps at the points indicated (see fig. 1).
5. Remove the seal as indicated. See fig.2.
6. Remove any wax or glue present where the tow bar is in contact with
the vehicle.
7. At holes A position backplate, bolts B and spacer tubes.
8, For Pickup vehicles, the following applies:Use the template to saw out
the indicated section from the bumper. (place the template on the out-
side)
9. Fit the tow bar at points B.
10. Place supports C at points A and D.
11.Fit the ball housing, including socket plate.
12. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing.
13. Fit the section removed.
14. Place the sticker near the towbar.
