GENERAL
The LubeJet-eco compressed air spraying unit allows the spraying of
grease directly from the Lube-Shuttle type screw cartridge. It is suitable for
coating large surfaces on machines, vehicles, gears, wire ropes, chains and
telescopic rods uniformly with lubricant. Commercial lubricants and greases
can be sprayed from the Lube-Shuttle cartridge. Operating the trigger on the
spray gun starts the spraying process. The material flow, the air volume and
the spray jet distribution can be set on the gun.
Lubricants: Commercial lubricants and greases can be sprayed. Pastes
with no lubricating properties (with abrasive components) and silicon pastes
must not be used.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Non-compliance with the safety instructions can result in danger both to
persons and to the environment and the equipment. Non-compliance with
the safety instructions can lead to the loss of any claims for damages. The
operator of the equipment must ensure that the contents of the Operating
Instructions, particularly the Safety Instructions are known to the operating
personal.
•
The pressure in the air supply line is max. 5 bar.
•
We advise wearing a mask and safety glasses during use.
•
Spraying flammable materials such as petrol, solvents and the like is
prohibited.
•
The use of the equipment near open flames is prohibited.
•
Never point the spray gun at people or animals! Risk of injury!
•
Before any repair or maintenance work, the compressed air connection
should be removed.
•
The use of accessory components e.g. hoses and connection fittings,
which are not supplied by Alentec & Orion, can in some cases give rise
to the risk of accidents. No liability can be accepted for accidents or
damage caused by components from other sources.
•
Protect the unit from damage and the effects of heat.
•
Modifications or changes to the equipment are only allowed after
discussion with the maker.
•
The safe operation of the equipment is guaranteed only if used in
accordance with the directions.
•
Maintenance, inspection and repairs must only be carried out by
qualified specialist personnel, who have acquainted themselves with
the subject by studying the operating instructions.

ALLMÄNT
Denna LubeJet-eco enhet för tryckluftsprutning tillåter sprayning av fett
direkt från skruvpatron av Lube-Shuttle-typ (MLS). Den är lämplig för jämn
beläggning av smörjmedel på maskiner, fordon, kugghjul, vajrar, kedjor
och teleskopmaster jämnt med smörjmedel. Kommersiella smörjmedel och
fetter kan sprutas direkt från Lube-Shuttle patronen. Avtryckaren på pistolen
startar sprayen. Materialflödet, luftmängden och jet fördelningen kan ställas
in på pistolen.
Smörjmedel: Kommersiella smörjmedel och fetter kan sprutas. Pastor utan
smörjande egenskaper (med slipkomponenter) och silikonpastor får inte
användas.
PRODUKTSÄKERHETSANVISNINGAR
Att inte följa säkerhetsföreskrifterna kan resultera i fara både för personer,
miljön och utrustningen. Att inte att följa säkerhetsföreskrifterna kan leda
till förlust av eventuella krav på skadestånd. Operatören av utrustningen
måste säkerställa att innehållet i bruksanvisningen, i synnerhet
säkerhetsanvisningarna är pålästa.
•
Max arbetstryck är 5 bar.
•
Vi rekommenderar att mask och skyddsglasögon alltid bärs vid
användning.
•
Sprayning av brännbara material såsom bensin, lösningsmedel och
liknande är förbjudet.
•
Användningen av utrustningen i närheten av öppen eld är förbjudet.
•
Rikta aldrig spraypistolen mot människor eller djur! Skaderisk!
•
Innan reparations- eller underhållsarbete bör tryckluftsanslutningen
kopplas bort.
•
Användningen av tillbehörskomponenter t.ex. slangar och kopplingar,
som inte levereras av Alentec & Orion, kan i vissa fall orsaka olyckor.
Inget ansvar kan accepteras för olyckor eller skador som orsakats av
komponenter från andra leverantörer.
•
Skydda enheten från mekaniska skador och värmekällor.
•
Modifieringar eller ombyggnationer av utrustningen är endast tillåtet
efter samråd med tillverkaren.
•
En säker drift av utrustningen garanteras endast om de används i
enlighet med anvisningarna.
•
Underhåll, inspektion och reparationer får endast utföras av
kvalificerad fackpersonal, som har bekantat sig med ämnet genom att
studera bruksanvisningen.
