Occasionally, a problem may arise that is minor in nature, and a service call may not be necessary. Use this

The A/C doesn't work
The A/C starts frequently
Loud noise from the A/C
The compressor doesn't work
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Error with the coils temperature sensor.
Error with the indoor temperature sensor.
Frost protection: the temperature of the coil is too low and the A/C shuts down to
prevent excess frost build-up. When the temperature increases to 8°C (46.4°F), the
protective setting is released and the previous setting is applied.

TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Not plugged in.
The display panel displays "FL".
Timer TURN OFF function is
started.
Direct sunlight
Doors and windows are open;
there are many people or heat
sources in the room.
Filter is very dirty.
Air inlet or air outlet is blocked.
The A/C is placed on an uneven
surface.
Its delay protection is activated.
Cause
SOLUTION
Plug the unit in.
Power off A/C and drain water.
Restore power.
The A/C can be restarted 3
minutes after being turned off.
Close the curtain or blinds.
Close doors and windows, remove
heat source.
Clean or replace it.
Remove the blockage.
Place it on even and strong
ground, avoid shaking.
Wait for 3min., turn on after tem-
perature decreases.
