To use the built-in flashlight, slide the flashlight switch
to the on position ( ).
To turn the trainer off, slide the frequency switch to
the locked position ( ). This locks all buttons except
the flashlight switch.
If desired, attach the wrist strap to the handle at
the bottom of the trainer.
