Commissioning

1. Remove the transport pa-
ckaging.
2. Check if all items have been
delivered as per section 4.2.
3. Check the CS LD 1.0 for dama-
ges. If there are damages, con-
tact Bosch customer service.
4. Read this operators manual.
5. Charge the CS LD 1.0 (refer
to Sec. 7.4.2) using the provi-
ded charging block and cable.

according to local guidelines

with output rating of 5V DC
1A minimum may be used,
however charging time may be
increased.
6. Once connected to the charger,
the CS LD 1.0 LCD will illumi-
nate to indicate that the battery
is charging and shows % charge
status. If the display does not
illuminate, check the power
source or verify the charger
compatibility and/or connec-
tion.

Avoid discharging the battery
completely. Recharging a par-
tially discharged battery more
frequently is better for the life
of a lithium-ion battery.

Once fully charged, as in-
dicated on the display, the
CS LD 1.0 is ready for use.
