When changing, use suitable collecting containers with sufficient volume!
Observe the disposal instructions of the oil manufacturer. If necessary,
contact your local authority for further information on proper disposal.

Posible Cause
 Lowering handle is in the lowering
position.
 Too little oil in the cylinder.
 Load too heavy, pressure relief
valve is effective.
 Drain valve no longer closes or
valve seat leaks due to soiling.
Pressure relief valve adjusted or
valve seat dirty.
Hydraulic cylinder is defective.
 Leak in the hydraulic system.
 Drain valve no longer closes or
valve core leaks due to oil
contamination.
 Incorrect valve adjustment.
 Sealing elements are worn.
 Temperature too low, hydraulic oil
too viscous.
Oil missing.


TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
 Move lever to lifting position.
 Top up with oil.
 Reduce load.
 Clean or replace.
 Adjust or clean the valve.
 Repair or replace hydraulic
pump.
Seal it.

Clean or replace.

Adjust the drain valve.

Replace sealing elements.

 Go to a warmer room.
 Top up or change oil.
