PROBLEM
The refrigerator
doesn't work
Abnormal noise.
Low cooling efficiency.
There is a peculiar
smell in the refrig-
erator.
The LED light flashes
continuously.
• If the above descriptions are not applicable to troubleshooting, do not disassemble or repair it yourself.
Repairs performed by inexperienced personnel can cause injury or serious malfunctions.
• Please contact the establishment where you made your purchase. This product must be repaired by an au-
thorized technician and only original replacement parts must be used.
• When the appliance is not used for long periods, unplug it from the mains, empty all food and clean the
appliance, leaving the door ajar to avoid unpleasant odors.

TROUBLESHOOTING

CAUSE
• The refrigerator is unplugged.
• Circuit breakers or fuses are dam-
aged.
• There is no electricity or the line has
tripped.
• The refrigerator is placed on
balconies, garages, storage rooms
and other places where the ambient
temperature is below 10°C.
• The refrigerator is not placed stably
and levelly.
• The refrigerator is in contact with
the wall.
• There is hot food or too much food
inside the refrigerator.
• The refrigerator door is opened
frequently.
• There is food next to the door seal.
• It is exposed to direct sunlight or is
near an oven or stove.
• The refrigerator is not well ventilated.
• The temperature is too high.
• Food has spoiled inside.
• The refrigerator is dirty.
• There are foods inside with strong
flavors.
• The door has been open for more
than 10 minutes.
SOLUTION
• Plug the refrigerator into the electri-
cal outlet.
• Open the door and check that the
light comes on.
• Install the refrigerator in a protected
location where the ambient tempera-
ture is above 10°C. If the refrigerator
is set at too low a temperature, the
internal cooling system may not
function properly.
• Adjust the adjustable legs of the
refrigerator.
• Move the refrigerator away from the
wall, maintaining minimum safety
distances.
• Place food back in the refrigerator
when hot food cools.
• Check that the door closes properly
and do not open it too frequently.
• Move the refrigerator away from heat
sources.
• Maintain separation distances from
the refrigerator to maintain good
ventilation.
• Adjust to the appropriate temper-
ature.
• Throw away spoiled food.
• Clean the refrigerator regularly.
• Package foods with strong flavors
before placing them in the refrig-
erator.
• Close the refrigerator door, open it
again after 2 seconds, and check if
the LED light returns to normal.
