Power button.
• After connecting the fryer to the power supply, the screen will be fully illuminated for 5
seconds and a beep will sound for a long time as a warning, then the screen will turn off,
leaving only the power button flashing.
• Press the power button to turn on the machine. All icons will light up.
• To turn off the fryer, press and hold the power button for one second, all lights will turn off
and the fryer fan will stop.
• While the appliance is in operation, you can use the power button to pause the fryer. The
button light will flash while paused and the fan will turn off a few seconds later. Press the
button again to continue cooking and the button light will remain on steadily.
• If the fryer is paused for 10 minutes, it will enter the standby state and the display will
remain off except for the power button which will flash.
Selection arrows.
• Press the left or right selection arrows to select the preset programme you wish to use.
The indicator of the selected programme and the power button will flash, all other buttons
will remain lit. The display will show the preset time and temperature of the selected menu.
• You can switch between programs by pressing the left or right arrows again.
• The selection arrows are also used to adjust the time and temperature.
Temperature/time adjustment button.
• Press this temperature/time adjustment button to enter the temperature setting.
• To change the cooking temperature, press the left or right arrows to increase or decrease
the temperature.
• The temperature range is from 40ºC to 200ºC.
• Once the temperature has been selected, wait 5 seconds to automatically confirm the
setting and return to the programme selection status, or press the adjustment button
again to enter the time adjustment mode.
• To change the cooking time, press the left or right arrows to increase or decrease the time.
• Once the cooking time has been selected, wait 5 seconds to automatically confirm the
setting and return to the programme selection status.
• The time range is from 1 to 60 minutes.
Steam button.
• Press this button before starting cooking in the preset programmes listed in the table
below if you wish to use the steam function. During the process, water will be sprayed onto
the food at regular intervals to keep it moist.
• You can press the button to add steam at any time during operation, provided you have
selected the steam cooking function before starting the process.
