Problem

Cause possible
The battery is discharged.
Connections or cables are disconnected.
The battery needs to be charged.
The battery does not fully charge.
Overload, cut.
The brakes are not properly adjusted.
The product has made an overload.
Poor driving condition.
Tires/wheels are damaged.
"Broom" motor system which emits a working
noise

Solution
Charge the battery, check that thered LED lights
up.
Check that the battery is engaged in the
product.
Charge the battery, check ifthe red LED lights
up.
Make sure the power flow is well connected.
The battery may need to be changed.
Overloading may result in product shutdown.
Turn off your product, wait 15sec, then turn it
back on.
Check the condition of the brakes, and try to
release them. If this does not work, please
contact the after-sales service.
Check that the user weighs less than the
previously recommended weight.
Verify that there are no objects obstructing the
proper functioning of the product.
Make sure you're on flat, dry, consistent
terrain.
Check the condition of your product's wheels.
When starting the scooter the motor produces
