Setting the systems in conference mode (encryption procedure)
Principle: In order to communicate, the devices must save an encryption key supplied by
apparatus number 01.
This operation is required in order to:
Enable all the devices to take part in a conference.
Add a device to an existing system that has already been configured.

IMPORTANT

A device cannot communicate with a system if the encryption procedure has not been car-
ried out. If you want to add a terminal to an existing system, you absolutely must carry out
this procedure with all the devices in the system (including the devices configured in Listener
mode).
Make sure that each of the following criteria are fulfilled before starting the operation:
All the devices must use the same channel.
Only one device bears the ID 01.
Procedure:
On each device, press the "Menu" key until the User MENU is displayed.
Using the "+" or "-" keys, access the Network sub-menu. Press "OK" to validate your
choice.
