Assembly procedure

CAUTION!
For your safety the screw heads should always
point outwards, otherwise there is a risk of
injury.
Only tighten all of the screw connections firmly
when you have finished assembly otherwise
undesired material stress may result.
1.
Place an ash collecting tray holder (10) and a
leg support (8) over each of the upper ends of
the legs (9 + 15). Attach the legs (9 + 15) to the
fire bowl (7) in the positions illustrated. Use the
M6x20 bolts and the Ø6xØ25 washers.
2.
Insert the front "nose" of the wire shelf (12) into
the lower hole on the tripod(15). Push the end
of the wire shelf (12) through the lower holes
in the legs (9). Attach the wheels (11) using
the M8 lock nuts onto the end of the wire shelf
(12).
3.
Screw two of the handles (1) onto the fire bowl
(7) using the M6x10 bolts, the Ø6x washers and
the M6 nuts. Use the M6x10 bolts, Ø6x washers,
and M6 nuts to fasten the lid bracket (4) to the
handle (1) from inside the lid (3).
4.
Attach the ventilation discs (2) to the fire bowl
(7) and the lid (3) from the outside using the
M4x10 bolts, Ø4xØ8 washers and M4 nuts.
Information for safe operation of the
barbecue
The barbecue must be positioned on a stable and
secure surface when it is in use.
Do not use in enclosed areas or on covered
areas.
Only use safe lighting materials (such as LANDMANN
solid firelighters).

5.
Clamp the ash collecting tray (14) into the ash
collecting tray holder (10) between the legs (9
+ 15).
6.
Place the coal grill (6) and the cooking grill
(5) into the fire bowl (7). If required, place
the coal divider (16) on the coal grill (6).
Please also pay attention to the instructions on
the following pages.
WARNING!
The barbecue must be positioned on a stable
and secure surface when it is in use, otherwise
it may tip over.
The fuel container has a capacity of approximately 1,5
kg.
Before using the barbecue for the first time, it should
be heated with fuel (charcoal or briquette) for
approximately 30 minutes.
