Troubleshooting

If the device does not function properly, first check whether
the problem can be solved by yourself. If these steps do not
solve the problem, contact customer service.
Problem
The device
does not work.

Do not try to repair an electrical device yourself!
Possible cause
The power adapter
is not plugged in.
The socket is defec-
tive.
There is no mains
voltage.
An external timer
has cut off the power
supply to the device.
The device is over-
heated.

Remedying
Connect properly.
Try another outlet.
Check the fuses in
your fuse box.
Disconnect the
timer.
Check whether the
air vents are dirty or
covered. The device
will be ready for use
once it has cooled
down.
Make sure that
there is enough
space around the
device.
