Troubleshooting

If the device is not working properly, please
check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself fi rst.
Do not attempt to repair a defective de-
vice yourself!
Problem
The product
cannot be
turned on.

controlled

speaker.

Potential cause/solution
• The rechargeable
is too low. Recharge it (see
chapter "Start-up").
• The distance between the
source device and speaker
is too great or an obstruction
is in the way. Do not exceed
a maximum distance of 10 m,
without obstructions.
• Bluetooth is not activated on
the source device. The source
device can only be controlled
with the buttons if there is a
Bluetooth connection. Activate
Bluetooth.
• The speaker and the source
device are not paired (see
section
tion"). Pair the devices again.
• The rechargeable battery of the
speaker is too low. Recharge
the speaker's
battery (see section "Start-up").
• The source device cannot be
controlled via the speaker. If
applicable, contact the manu-
