Start-up

– To prevent any damage to your hearing,
set the volume on the source device to
low. Only then should you increase the
volume to a pleasant level.
– Please note that operation is only possi-
ble via the source device in case of a jack
plug connection. The speaker can only
be controlled with the buttons when the
Bluetooth connection is active (see sec-
tion "Bluetooth connection").
1. Unpack all parts. Check the product contents
for any damages from transport. Should you
identify any transport damages, do not use the
product (!), instead please promptly consult the
customer service.
2. The rechargeable battery should be fully
charged before fi rst use.
– Connect the USB cable to the USB port on
the speaker and the USB port on the source
device. The source device must be switched
on.
– The status LED of the speaker is illuminated
in red.
3. Push the On/Off switch for approx. 3 seconds
to activate the speaker. A welcome melody will
play and the status LED will blink in blue.
4. Establish a connection with the source de-
vice (see sections "Jack plug connection" and
"Bluetooth connection").
5. To switch the speaker back off, push the On/
Off switch for approx. 3 seconds. The status
LED will turn off.
