Pushing handgrips

Risk of injury - Make sure that the star knobs  are properly
CAUTION:
tightened.

Risk of tipping over - Use only the last indentation of the pushing
handgrip tube for the maximum height adjustment.

Mounting or removing backrest

WARNING:
Risk of injury – Check that the backrest is firmly mounted into the
four brackets before using your wheelchair.
The arm pad of the wheelchair can be adjusted in 6
different heights (steps from 20 mm):
Turn the star knob  anti-clockwise.

Pull out the star knob .

Pull the arm pad into the required position.
Let go of the star knob .

Turn the star knob  clockwise until it is finger-

tight.

Check that the arm pad is firmly secured.
The pushing handgrips can be adjusted in height
depending on the size of the attendant.
1. Loosen the star knob  located on the
back of the handgrip tubes.
2. Pull the pushing handgrips into the desired
position (7 positions). Indentions  (steps
30 mm) have been placed into the tubing of
the pushing handgrips.
3. Retighten the star knob  firmly by hand.
The backrest of the wheelchair can be mounted
by following instructions.
1. Mount the backrest into the four brackets
.
2. Check that the backrest is firmly fixated.
Depending on the backrest that is chosen by the
customer, above assembly instructions may
deviate.
