2.7. Contraindications

Provision of wheelchairs is not suitable for individuals who have:
• No capability to sit
• Joint damage/contractions on both arms
• Perceptual disorders
• severe equilibrium disorders
• reduced and insufficient vision
• severe limitations of cognitive abilities

2.8. Declaration of conformity

We, Bischoff & Bischoff GmbH, declare under sole responsibility,
that the BX 11 / BX 11 S wheelchair meets all requirements of MDR
2017/745, which are applicable.

2.9. Liability

Warranty will be granted only if
• the product is being used according the specified conditions and
for the intended purposes.
• Modifications, enhancements, repairs and maintenance work is
carried out only by those individuals who have been authorised by
us to do so, and the modifications or enhancements are approved
by B&B and
• the wheelchair is used in accordance with the instructions for use.

2.10. Service life

The expected product service life is up to 5 years. Prerequisites for this
are proper use as well as compliance with the safety, care and mainte-
nance information in accordance with this user manual.
