APPLICATION
This wiring modificationis availablefor modelsT, J and H.
Brake kit for all 1 Phase, 3 Phase and 575V Logic 5.0 operators.
This brake kit will either replace an existing brake or add a brake
to an operatorthat does not havea brake(1/3 or 1/2 HP).This
brake kit provides the components that are necessary to mount a
brakethat is INTERNAL to the motor pulley (this may differ from
previous L5 instructions).
If a brake is beingreplaced,some of the kit componentsand
wiring may be reusedfrom the existing operator(wiring harness,
conduit, etc.).
BRAKE
FUNCTIONS
Ensureyour brakekit matchesyour operator.The kit will provide
up to 5 lb.-ft. of brakingtorque at 1725 RPMmotor shaft.
