Description

The clamping system is designed for clamping workpieces such as blank parts and part-finished parts. The
wide range of requirements for clamping different workpieces is satisfied by the provision of various top
jaws and clamping jaws.
The clamping system consists of a base rail, one moveable jaw and one fixed jaw which can be moved
relative to each other by means of the spindle. The crank allows quick adjustment of the position of the
moveable jaw. The fixed jaw can be clamped at any desired position on the base rail. Spindle extensions
can be inserted to increase the clamping capacity. In addition the clamping system can be used in
configuration 2 (see Chapter 5.2.1) so as to exploit the maximum available clamping range.
