INSTALLATION – FONCTIONNEMENT PRODUIT Seul le personnel expérimenté et habilité par le fabricant peut effectuer l’installation. Pendant l’installation, s’assurer que le générateur est déconnecté du réseau. Placer le fichier «.egf» téléchargé directement à la racine d’une clé USB et suivez la procédure ci-dessous. Il est recommandé de vérifier annuellement si une nouvelle version logiciel est disponible, afin de bénéficier des dernières évolutions apportées à votre machine.

Plus cette tension est faible et plus le courant est faible. La machine analyse la tension du réseau d’alimentation et ajuste le courant de soudage maximum que peut sélectionner l’utilisateur.

Pour sélectionner la pointeuse, dans le menu, cliquez sur Modes puis GYSPOT puis Traçabilité. Lors du prochain démarrage de GYSPOT, il sera automatiquement en mode GYSPOT (pointeuse). Par défaut, le logiciel GYSPOT s’ouvre en mode « Traçabilité ». Le paramétrage de point utilisateur n’est pas disponible sur cette machine. 5.3 IDENTIFICATION DE L’UTILISATEUR Afin de personnaliser les éditions avec vos informations personnelles, certaines informations sont requises.

PRÉCAUTION D’EMPLOI ET ENTRETIEN Formation de l’utilisateur Les utilisateurs de cette machine doivent recevoir une formation adaptée à l’utilisation de la machine afin de tirer le maximum des performances de la machine et de réaliser des travaux conformes (exemples : formation de carrossier). Préparation des pièces à assembler Il est indispensable de décaper et d’accoster la zone à souder. Dans le cas d’une application de protection, bien s’assurer que cette dernière est conductrice en faisant un test au préalable sur un échantillon.

  • Page 40 (30 US gpm). 3.6 COOLANT LIQUID The coolant recommended by GYS must be used: 10 l : Ref. 052246 • The use of other coolants, particularly standard automotive coolant, can lead to the accumulation of solid deposits in the cooling circuit through electrolysis, resulting in poor cooling performance and potentially a complete blockage of the cooling system.

Check for any leaks. 4.1 1st TIME OPERATING AND UPDATING YOUR PRODUCT The first time you use your machine, download the latest software version from https://planet.gys.fr/getlastupdate or scan the QR code opposite. Place the downloaded ‘.egf’ file directly at the root of a USB key and follow the procedure below. We recommend that you check annually to see if a new software version is available, so that you can benefit from the latest developments to your machine.

When this mode is in use, a pre-spot is performed before the weld. The duration of this pre-spot is set in milliseconds, from 0 (OFF) to 400 ms, in 50 ms steps.

To do this, perform a no-load test (with no sheet metal between the electrodes). Once calibration has been successfully completed, the machine displays «ready to weld».

The lower the voltage, the lower the current. The machine analyses the mains voltage and adjusts the maximum welding current that can be selected by the user.

To select a spot welder, in the menu, click Modes, then GYSPOT, then Traceability.

To delete these traceability files, insert the USB stick into the PC, then in the menu, click on «Options», then «GYSPOT», then «Delete USB traceability».

USE OF THE G9 ARM (OPTIONAL) Setting up : Switch off the machine or follow the procedure for changing the writing arm in § 4.4 Fitting and changing arms. Remove the arm from the clamp and operate the over-opening so that the electrode is fully retracted into the cylinder.

Je niedriger die Spannung, desto niedriger der Strom. Die Maschine analysiert die Netzspannung und stellt den maximalen Schweißstrom ein, der vom Benutzer gewählt werden kann.

Die Sprache (EN, FR, etc.), das Einheitensystem (Bar, PSI) und die Bildschirmhelligkeit auszuwählen. Das Gerät befindet sich standardmäßig im Easy-Modus. Im Expert-Modus können Sie zusätzliche Einstellungen vornehmen (Anzahl der Punkte vor dem Wechsel der Kapseln, Anzahl der Punkte zwischen zwei Kalibrierungen in Automatisch, Aktivierung der Stromrampen).

Das Warnsymbol und eine Meldung erscheinen auf dem Bildschirm, wenn die Grenze für die von den Kaps ausgeführten Punkte erreicht ist Die Meldung wird nach jedem Punkt so lange angezeigt, bis der Vorgang des Kapselwechsels abgeschlossen ist.

Um die Stechuhr auszuwählen, klicken Sie im Menü auf Modi, dann auf GYSPOT und dann auf Verfolgbarkeit. Beim nächsten Start von GYSPOT ist es automatisch im Modus GYSPOT (Stechuhr).
