Declaration of conformity of partly completed machinery

Husqvarna AB, SE-561 82 Huskvarna, Sweden, tel +46-36-146500, declares under sole responsibility that the partly completed
power cutter Husqvarna 3122 K 2016's serial numbers and onwards (the year is clearly stated in plain text on the rating plate with
subsequent serial number), complies with the requirements of the COUNCIL'S DIRECTIVES:
• of May 17, 2006 "relating to machinery" 2006/42/EC.
• of February 26, 2014 "relating to electromagnetic compatibility" 2014/30/EU.
The following standards have been applied: EN ISO 12100:2010, CISPR 12:2007, EN ISO 19432:2008.
Husqvarna AB undertakes to transmit, in response to a reasoned request by the national authorities, relevant information on this
partly completed machinery.
Husqvarna AB states that this partly completed machinery must not be put into service until the final machinery into which it is to
be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of directive 2006/42/EC.
