4.2.1 Video Quality and PlatePix™ Timer

The default video mode is Standard Quality. Users can turn on PlatePix™
mode according to their needs and set the automatic on/off time with the
PlatePix™ timer. This mode prioritizes enhancing license plate clarity and
reducing blur caused by lighting conditions to ensure reliable evidence in
incident scenarios.
