3.10 Mounting the hydraulic lines and
ropes
Screw cable retainer (K) to the front frame end
using the two self-cutting M8x16 screws (fig.
3-14).
Guide the pre-mounted hydraulic hose (A) on the
frame to the front. Fasten the hose to the cable
retainer using the hose band clip. The hose must
be guided along the right side of the cable
retainer in direction of travel. Use the content of
bag N.
Connect the hoses to hydraulic cylinders (H). Fix
the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic cylinder by
means of cable binders (fig. 3-15).
Connect the hydraulic hoses to control valve (V)
(fig. 3-15).
Then tie both traction ropes to the levers of the lift
limits and guide them through the porcelain eye
and the chain links on the frame to the front and
through the chain link on the cable retainer. The
two twine rope holders must be tied on directly
behind the chain link of the cable retainer (fig.
3-16).
Note:
The ropes must not be tensioned too
much, as the lift limits may otherwise
become ineffective in the turn space
position! However, the ropes must
not be too loose either, as they may
otherwise be hit by the rotating units.
Now knot the two ropes together so that the
resulting loop can be reached from the tractor
during work (if only one lift limit is to be operated).
Lead one rope on for approx. another 500 mm
and knot in the handle. Cut the ropes to length.
