Troubleshooting

Resetting the keypad

Remove the battery, and wait for a few seconds before reinserting it.
Press RESET on the rear of the keypad until it emits a sound and both indicator lights go out.
The programmed codes are erased (factory code 00000 restored), and the keypad needs to be memorised again on the auto-
mated system(s).

Replacing the battery

If the battery is low, the indicator lights flash
more slowly and the keypad no longer emits
any sounds in order to preserve the battery
for as long as possible.
If the indicator lights do not come on when a
button is pressed, the keypad battery needs
to be replaced.
Battery specifications: 3V CR2450.
