CHANGING THE NEEDLE
Unscrew the needle stroke set screw on the closing
piece (32) out up to the stop to reduce the preten-
sion of the spring (31)
Unscrew closing piece (32) using an OE spanner SW

Remove spring (31) and material needle (30)
Assemble in reverse order
Tighten needle stroke set screw once again
CHANGING THE NOZZLE
Unscrew union nut (9, 40)
Remove air nozzle (1-4)
Pull trigger and hold; unscrew material nozzle (5-8)
using OE spanner SW 7
CHANGING THE SEAL CONE
Remove material needle (30)
Pull trigger and hold
Remove spring (29)
Pull out seal sleeve (27) and seal cone (28) using the
dismantling tool
Remove gasket (26) and check for wear; replace if
necessary. Lightly grease the gasket!
Replace sealing cone (28), lightly grease new sealing
cone!
ASSEMBLE IN THE REVERSE ORDER
CHANGING THE O-RING SEAL AIR CONNECTION
Remove double nipple (45) using OE spanner SW11
Remove O-ring seal (46) and replace
CHANGING THE NEEDLE PACKING
Unscrew seal screw (52) using screwdriver
Remove gasket (49) and replace
Remove needle guide (53) and replace
CHANGING THE O-RING SEAL IN THE CLOSING

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove closing piece (32) (see Changing the need-
le)
Turn the set screw into the closing piece up to the
stop
The O-ring seal (33) is now accessible and can be
changed
Turn back set screw prior to assembly
CHANGING THE O-RING SEAL IN THE FLAT JET
REGULATOR
Remove the flat jet regulator (14) using an OE span-
ner SW 11
Remove O-ring seal (13) and replace
CHANGING THE O-RING SEALS IN THE MATERIAL
PIPE (ONLY WITH 200-0138)
Unscrew connecting nipple (45) and pull off handle
(41)
Unscrew head section (20) and remove material feed
pipe (43); replace gaskets (44)
When reassembling, first attach the head sec-tion (20)
to the main element, then insert the material feed pipe
(43). Doing it the other way around can damage the gas-
kets.

NOZZLE EXTENSIONS
Nozzle extensions are particularly suitable for the coating of
cavities such as pipes, canisters, cans or other hardtogetat ves-
sels. Nozzle extensions are available in a variety of standard
designs. They can also be tailored (length and shape) to suit
specific customer needs.
WHEN WORKING WITH A NOZZLE EXTENSION AND FLAM-
MABLE MATERIALS, NOTE THAT EXPLOSIVE MIXTURES
CAN BE CREATED EXTREMELY EASILY IN CAVITIES!
ALWAYS ENSURE ADEQUATE VENTILATION!

DISPOSAL

Clean the spray gun when necessary to ensure that
no hazardous substance residues remain in the
gun.Following dismantling of the spray gun, the
metal parts can be sorted and forwarded to a recy-
cling process.The nonmetal parts should be dispo-
sed of in a suitable manner.
