6.) Attachment of the Leg Support (optional accessory, part
number SAN-9105)
• Remove plugs from the bottom of the aluminum profiles (6.1)
• Insert the leg support from below into the aluminum profiles until
it audibly clicks into place (6.2)
• Secure the legs of the injured person with the Velcro leg strap (k)
• If necessary, connect the lanyard (l) on the leg support to the
carrying system and adjust the length
Caution: Do not adjust the lanyard (l) too tightly to prevent the
leg support from bending.
• Note: Do not use the carrying handles (k) on the leg support for
the carrying systems!
7.) Safety requirements
The instructions must be strictly observed for the protection of the
user and the equipment! The product labelling must be completely
legible! To avoid suspension trauma, an emergency plan must be in
place to keep the suspension time in the harness or loop as short
as possible, thus preventing a circulatory collapse. There is an
essential need for the user to check all attachment and/or
adjustment parts regularly during use.

•
Avoid contact with aggressive substances
•
Observe danger from suspension trauma
•
Observe danger from edges and rough surfaces
•
Observe danger from electrical equipment
•
Observe danger from moving machine parts
•
Do not wear PPE in areas where there is a risk of falling.
•
Avoid heat and flames.
8.) Changes, repairs
Any changes or additions must not be made by the user, but
exclusively by SKYLOTEC.
Damaged and/or defective components (e.g. the sliding plate) may
only be replaced by SKYLOTEC or a service company trained by
SKYLOTEC!
9.) Lifetime
The max. lifetime (period between production date and discard
date) results from the storage period before delivery to the end
consumer and the period of use.
With the storage period of max. 2 years before delivery to the end
user or before purchase, it should be noted that the products are
-stored without extreme temperature fluctuations,
-protected from UV radiation, moisture, chemicals and harmful/
aggressive environmental conditions, and
-stored in the original undamaged packaging.
The service life begins with the delivery to the end user and is max.
10 years. After delivery to the end user (proof by e.g. purchase
