How do I know if my device is compatible?
If your device is a charger, it must be PD 3�0 (Power Delivery) or higher, with a charging
voltage of 9 V or higher� If your device is a mobile phone, laptop, etc� (for charging), it has
to be PD 3�0 compatible, otherwise it has to have a high charging current (2A)�
My Energy Hub presents a light buzzing sound, is there a problem?
No, under certain low power charging and discharging conditions, there are components
that vibrate and emit a small sound, but this is normal�
Shall I disconnect the energy hub and External Battery after using it?
It's advisable to properly keep your devices after using them: the energy hub with its cover,
to prevent the connector from moisture and dust, and the External Battery in a cool place,
(please refer to Battery cares in our download section)� Please do avoid keeping them
together when unused as much as possible�
