S VIDEO OUT connector:
Y/C (mini DIN 4-pin), Y, C (BNC-type)
connectors: Output Y/C, Y and C signals when
the video input board is selected and Y/C, Y and C
signals are input to the switcher.
VIDEO OUT connector (BNC-type): Output the
video signal when the video input board is selected
and the video signal is input to the switcher.
!¡ MODE selector
Turn the selector to the appropriate position according
to the length or type of the cables connecting the
OUTPUT connector and a projector or monitor.
!™ OUTPUT connector (BNC-type)

connectors: Output the signal selected with the
SELECT button. Connect to the RGB inputs of a
projector or monitor, component (R-Y/Y/B-Y)
inputs, HDTV Y/P /P

!£ SW NO (switcher number) select switch
Set the number of the switcher when using multiple
switchers. You can set numbers between 1 and 8.
When the following projectors are connected, you can
only set to number 1 or 2:
VPL-V800Q/QM, VPL-S800U/M, VPD-S1800Q/QM,
VPH-G70Q/QM, VPH-D50Q/QM, RVP-6010Q/QM
or RVP-4015Q/QM

!¢ REMOTE connectors
Use for a system extension.
RS-232C/422A switch: Switches the interface of the
RS-232C/422A connector between the RS-232C
interface and the RS-422A interface.
RS-232C/422A connector (D-sub 9-pin, female):
Connect to a computer to operate the switcher.
PJ COM IN/OUT connectors (D-sub 9-pin, female):
These connectors are conformed to RS-485 and for
a Sony projector. Use for a system extension. For
details, see the protocol manual for the Sony
projector.
Note
When the PJ COM IN/OUT connector is used for a
system extension, connect the supplied terminator to
the connector not in use.
!∞ MAIN POWER switch
Press the ON side to set the unit in the standby mode.
The u button on the front panel lights.
Press the OFF side to turn off the power supply.
