1 Schutzkasten abnehmen (o. Abb.)
2 Pneumatikanschlüsse von Steckfi x
abziehen (o. Abb.)
3 Näherungsschalterhalter
abschrauben, Schalterhalter vom
Zylinder abschrauben und für den
Wiedereinbau bereit legen.
4 Kupplung bzw. Sechskantmutter
von Kolbengewinde abschrauben.
5 Zylinder von Grundkörper lösen,
je zwei Zylinderschrauben M8x30
und Sicherungsscheiben 8,4-FST ,
Zylinder nach unten entnehmen.
Neuen Zylinder in umgekehrter
Reihenfolge einbauen und HP 2 neu
justieren!


1 Remove protective housing (no
illus.).
2 Pull pneumatic connections up from
Steckfi x (no illus.).
3 Unscrew proximity switch bracket,
and unscrew switch bracket from
cylinder and have it ready for re-
installation.
4 Unscrew coupling or hex nut from
piston thread.
5 Loosen cylinder from main body,
remove two M8x30 cylinder screws
and 8,4-FST locking washers,
remove cylinder from below.
Insert new cylinder in reverse order and
adjust HP 2 accordingly!

1 Retirer le carter de protection
(sans illustration)
2 Enlever les raccords pneumatiques
du raccord steckfi x (sans
illustration)
3 Dévisser les détecteurs de proximité
et le support d'interrupteur et le
tenir à portée de main pour le
monter à nouveau.
4 Dévisser le coupleur ou l'écrou
hexagonal du fi letage du piston.
5 Retirer le vérin du corps de base,
respectivement deux vis à tête
cylindrique M8x30 et deux rondelles
d'arrêt 8,4-FST, tirer le vérin vers le
bas.
Monter un nouveau vérin en procédant
dans l'ordre inverse et ajuster la HP 2 !
