Power supply
Verify that the power supply to the control unit can be switched off and
is equipped with a separate fuse (16 A maximum).
1. Connect the control unit to mains by means of a permanently installed
cable, for example NYM-J 3 x 1.5 mm².
2. Route the mains cable through the upper rubber cable gland into the
black base of the control unit.
3. Connect the phase to terminal L1.
4. Connect the neutral conductor to terminal N.
5. Connect the protective conductor to terminal PE.

Probe
INTERFERENCE
• Verify that the probe cable is not routed next to or in parallel with cables car-
rying mains voltage.
• Verify that the probe cable is sufficiently protected from damage, for example
by installing it in a metal pipe.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in equipment damage.
1. The probe cable(s) require(s) permanent installation.
- Standard shielded cable 2 x 0.5 mm
cable. The maximum length of the extension cable is 50 m.
2. Route the probe cable through the bottom rubber piece(s) of the black
base.
3. Connect the probe cable(s) to the appropriate terminal(s) with the
designation "Probe 1"/"Probe 2".
- You do not have to ensure a specific polarity.
