Decommissioning, Disassembly,
Exchange
Danger of injury if disassembled or exchanged under pressure
or voltage!
Disassembly or exchange when under pressure or electrical
voltage can lead to injuries and damage to the product or the
system components.
O
Make sure that the relevant system part is not under
pressure or voltage before disassembling the product or
exchanging parts.
O
Protect the system against being switched on.
8
Disposal
Scrap the device and fluid in accordance with local regulations.

1. Loosen the screws (b) from the filter housing (a) and remove
the cover (c).
2. Insert the two seals 4 x 1.5 according to DIN 3771 (d).
3. Attach the differential pressure display or the differential
pressure gauge (e) to the filter housing and tighten the
screws (f). Max. tightening torque:
– 1.5 Nm, M5 x 20 according to DIN 965 for differential
pressure display
– 1.5 Nm, M5 x 62 according to DIN 965 for differential
pressure gauge

Changing the flow direction

Conversion of filter
A change in the flow direction occurs for all components by
rotating them 180° about the vertical axis.
NL2, NL4, NL6
with metal reservoir
Connect the filter unit to the
filter and tighten it slightly by
hand (
5
c).
Remount the reservoir and, if
present, the protective guard in
reverse order as shown in
Figure
.
4
Insert reservoir at a 45° offset
and turn it to the right until the
release audibly latches.
CAUTION
Turning the reservoir with bayonet catch
1. Remove reservoir.
2. Rotate reservoir 180° and click it back into place. The release
is now pointing to the front.
10 Troubleshooting
Malfunctioning
Contamination display is
already red during the
initial start-up.
Contamination display is
red during operation.
Pressure/flow level is
not reached or slowly
decreases.
