Maintenance

4.1 To clean the product

Warning! Let the product become cool before you
clean it.
Caution! Do not clean the product in a dishwasher.

Clean the product with a damp cloth after use.

4.2 To remove grease and scraps

Warning! Let the product become cool before you
clean it.
Warning! The water container must be intended for
cooking and be at least 11 cm high.
Caution! Do not clean the product in a dishwasher.

Attach the product to a water container. Use the clip
on the product. Make sure that the control panel is
visible.

Fill the water container with water until the water
level is at the maximum marking on the product.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of non-foaming washing-up liquid
per liter of water.

Connect the power plug to a power outlet. All status
lights will come on for 1 second and a long beep is
given. The power switch lights up red.

Push the power switch symbol to activate the
temperature adjustment mode. The default
temperature, 50°C, is shown on the display.
Note! Press and hold the increase or decrease temperature/
time buttons to adjust the target temperature faster.

Push the increase or decrease temperature/time
buttons until the target temperature is 65°C.
Warning! Risk of burn injury. The bottom part of the
product becomes hot when the product operates. Do not
touch hot parts.

Push the power switch symbol. The product starts to
heat the water.

Let the product operate for 10 minutes when the
target temperature is reached.

Push and hold the power switch button for 2
seconds. The product enters standby mode.

Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet.
Warning! The water is hot. Do not touch the water
with your hands.

Let the product become cool.

Flush the bottom part of the product with cold water.

Wipe the product with a clean and dry cloth.

4.3 To descale the product

The product must be descaled 1 time per month.
Note! If the water is hard, the product must be descaled
more often.
Warning! The water container must be intended for
cooking and be at least 11 cm high.

Add 0.5 dl citric acid powder per liter of water.
