Using the
Electric Pumps EHPS bench
may also subject the pump to a test
cycle.
Just connect the cable 16 / V or the cable 17 /
V,
the
quick couplings and set by the program the number of cycles to be
performed,
the running time for pump and the time that will remain
pressurized.
When the pump is under load the red light become on
and then
if the pump is able to give proper pressure the yellow light
will be turn on. The program keep in memory and show on the screen the result of the test. If the pump is not able to give the proper
pressure a red light will be showed on the screen and also a counter specify how many times the fault appears.
In the picture below we tested a Citroen Jumpy- Fiat Scudo
pump.
