Description
Overheating
Input voltage is higher or lower than normal
Torch problem: Trigger pressed before starting up the unit
Problem with the internal nozzle and electrode
Overcurrent
The output is short-circuited or the voltage return line is abnormal.
Torch closed, no output
Abnormal output current (output current below the set value)
Unsuitable input voltage
Voltage selection does not match input voltage
Excessive fan current
Solution
Wait for the soldering station to cool down to the
return temperature, then the soldering station will
continue to operate.
Separate the welding torch firmly from the
workpiece and stop the welding machine if
necessary.
Check that the input cord is intact, that the power
supply is switched on and that the input voltage is
normal.
Gas leaks can occur in welding machines, resulting
in poor quality welds. Check gas pipes and fittings
for leaks and tighten or replace any faulty fittings. It
is important to regularly inspect gas pipes and
fittings for wear and replace them if necessary.
Check the earth connection, adjust the settings
according to the type of material to be welded and
replace the electrode if necessary.
Reduce the welding current.
Increase the current ;
Check the coated electrode.
