2. BASE PLATE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT (SEE FIG. D1-D4)
Turn the base plate bevel lock lever anti-clockwise to
loosen, and tilt the machine away from the base plate.
Set the required bevel angle by aligning the triangle
symbol (b) with the base plate angle scale.
Tighten the base plate bevel lock lever by turning it in
clockwise direction.
1) First, unscrew the base plate locking knobs anti-
clockwise at two places on the machine body.
2) Adjust the tilt angle of the base plate.
3) Confirm the inclination angle of the base plate with
the symbol "b".
4) Finally, tighten the two knobs.
WARNING: Do not use the depth of cut scale when
making bevel cuts due to possible inaccuracy.
