Generally, the app will be updated automatically from time to time. Therefore, the here explained sym-
bols, input masks and dialogues may vary. The app is self-explaining in most parts and should be used
intuitively.
Exercise with the iConsole+ app
Under the menu item „Training" the app offers different program profiles and watt- or pulse-controlled
(HRC) training modes. Tap "Quick Start" to directly start the exercise.

Share your exercise data
The app will show a training summary after you have finished your exercise, e.g. like this:
If you are a member of the social network Facebook or Twitter, you may easily share your training results
with your friends by just tipping the respective button.
