Program Mode

Within this mode you can exercise with a program profile (preset). Mountain- and valley cour-
ses: After selecting program mode and "MODE"-button for confirmation, „P1" starts blinking.
Choose one of the 12 programs (P1 to P12, figure 15). Select the initial tension level (use "UP",
"DOWN" and "MODE" to select, figure 16). You may now preset a target value for "TIME" by
