Electrical safety

In case of failure to comply with the instructions on electrical
safety, there is danger to life due to electrical current!
1. Regularly check plugs and connection cable for wear and damages and
keep them away from hot and sharp surfaces.
2. Should the connection cable be damaged, a specialist authorized by the
manufacturer must install a specific connection cable.
3. Never run the device when the connection cable or the power plug are
damaged or when the device itself is damaged, does not work properly or
has been dropped.
4. In no case open the device housing. In case of contact with connections
under voltage and when changing the electric and mechanic construction
of the device, there is danger of electric shock. Furthermore, malfunctions
may occur.
5. Only connect the device to an outlet when the supply voltage is compatib-
le with the voltage shown on the type plate.
6. If you are using an extension cord to connect the smoothie maker to an
outlet, the extension cord must have a maximum length of 3 metres and
a diameter of 1,5 mm
there is risk of fire.
7. The socket must be protected with a 16A fuse.
8. The electrical safety of the device is only ensured if it is connected to an
approved protective conductor system. The device must not be connected
to a socket without a protective grounding conductor.
