Before the initial start-up, please read the instruction manual carefully and
keep it in a safe place.

The device must not be opera-
ted by children. Always keep the
device and its connection cables
out of reach of children. Children
must not play with the device.
2. The device can be operated by
individuals with reduced physi-
cal, sensory and mental abilities
or lack of experience and/or of
knowledge if they have been
given supervision and instruction
concerning potential dangers and
proper use of the device by a per-
son responsible for their safety.
3. Always keep the device, accesso-
ries and packaging parts out of
reach of children.
4. Never dip the device, the power
plug and the power cord into wa-
ter or any other liquid and do not
put them into the dishwasher. Do
not operate the device with wet
hands. If the device has become
wet, remove the power plug from
the socket.
5. Place the device onto a free, flat
and stable surface. Due to safety
reasons, the smoothie maker
must never be run on hot surfaces
or in humid environment and it
must not be installed in built-in
cupboards.

6. Protect the smoothie maker from
heat, humidity and direct sun-
light.

The device must only be used for
its intended purpose within the
household or for similar purposes,
e.g.
• in staffrooms of stores, offices,
or other places of work;
• for guests to use in
accommodation facilities
(hotels, motels), private
boarding houses or holiday
homes.
8. Only operate the device indoors
after proper assembly. The device
is not suitable for outdoor use.

Do not insert any objects into
the device when it is running
and never put your hand into the
blender jug. There is a danger of
injury to hand and fingers.
10. The blades of the blade assembly
are sharp! When cleaning and
inserting component parts, be
careful not to injure yourself and
avoid touching the blades.
11. Should the blades be blocked,
always remove the power plug
from the socket first, before you
remove the food causing the
blockage.
